  c. Utilities including Hot oil generation system & Coal Handling system
  d. Electrical Power distribution & cabling
  e. Instrumentation and operation control system
  f. Fire Fighting System
  g. Workshop, DG Set, R&D plant
• Highlighting area / Equipment / Machineries calling for repair with cost estimate
• Suggestion of improvement if any for making plant operational
• In addition to the scope, SES have reviewed the proposed ULN (Ultra Low Naphthalene ) plant project budget
