The fixed price model is an ideal choice for projects where there is absolute clarity about the project requirements and scope of work. We invite our clients to discuss and define the expected deliverables and timelines for the project execution process and determine the mutually agreed fixed price and timeline. In this type of engagement, there is a comprehensive scope of work provided by client and fixed-plot area & deliverables. Under this Engagement Model, SES locks Engineering Services Fee as a percentage of total CAPEX (which is an agreed CAPEX). Hence, the total project fees are determined on a % basis of agreed CAPEX. When client and SES have a mutual agreement during finalization of the order, the initial contract value is worked out which remains bound for various payment stages. The advantage of % based Model is that it offers you a high degree of flexibility with the CAPEX inconstancy.

T&M based Model is more suited for the long-term projects with dynamically changing requirements, the undefined scope of work and varying workloads of the Engineering team. If the first stages project is still raw and there is no sufficient data to properly estimate the final cost or client wants more direct control over the process, this model provides flexibility to define and change project specifications at any stage of its implementation. The size and workload of the Engineering team and resources assigned to the project can be adjusted according to the evolving requirements, concurrently optimizing time and costs. In case, if you are an existing client and looking for site-based services, data collection, PMC services, Construction Management, then SES grants you a quote on T&M based model where you can be engaged on a monthly or yearly basis.
SES also provides you with the flexibility to switch to the Fixed Price model once the project scope becomes clearly defined and the requirements are firmed up.
